I think she would be a nice bride for Alexei. Of course, if only Alexandra hadn’t doomed the Russian monarchy (Nicholas was incompetent as an Emperor, but, if only Alexandra was jailed in a monastery as she should be and not filling Nick’s head with crap about “Rasputin thinks…”, we can only wonder how things would have been).

I just think Alexandra’s autocratic visions couldn’t be more unfit in the early 20th century Russia.
Ironically, if Nicholas was a constitutional monarch instead of an absolute ruler, I think he would be closer to his dream: to live a quiet life with his family, practically free of government pressures.
BTW, your art is awesome!
